Article 1. Ticket Requirement:

Admission requires presentation of a valid ticket issued in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the University.

Article 2. Child Admission:

Children aged three and above must have their own ticket for performances. Children under two years old may sit on a parent or guardian’s lap during the performance. Seating is reserved for ticket holders only. Entrance to some events will be forbidden to children under the age of 6 years old.

Article 3. Performance Advisories:

Each event may have specific audience advisories detailed in the ‘Ticket Information’ section on the event page. The University reserves the right to deny entry to audience members who do not comply with these advisories.

Article 4. Behavior Standards:

Our team is committed to treating all guests with dignity and respect. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards intimidating, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior towards our staff or fellow audience members.

Article 5. Admission and Seating:

Auditorium doors open 15-30 minutes before the start of each performance. It is recommended to arrive 40-60 minutes prior to the event. Tickets for free performances guarantee admission until 10 minutes before show time; thereafter, admission is subject to availability from the standby line.

Article 6. Latecomers:

Late seating is at the discretion of The University. For some performances, late entry may not be permitted. The Front of House team reserves the right to refuse entry.

Article 7. Ticket Resale:

Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial gain except by The University or their authorized sub-agents. Any ticket sold in breach of this condition will be void, and entry will be refused. The University reserves the right to cancel tickets resold for profit without notice and to take legal action against those who have sold them.

Article 8. Audience Etiquette:

To respect performers and fellow attendees, patrons are kindly requested not to leave the auditorium during the performance, except during the intermission, if any. Talking, texting, unauthorized photography, and video recording are strictly prohibited.

Article 9. Electronic Devices:

Please turn off all mobile phones before entering the theater. The University reserves the right to ask the attendee to leave the theater if devices are used for unauthorized photography or video after one warning.

Article 10. Food and Beverage:

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue. Food and beverages purchased within the venue may not be brought into the auditorium.

Article 11. Campus Policies:

Smoking is prohibited on the Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi Campus.

Article 12. Personal Property:

The University is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property.

Article 13. Recording Consent:

Attendance implies consent to being recorded, photographed, or filmed by The University for promotional purposes.

Article 14. Admission Rights:

Your ticket is a revocable license, and management reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets at any time, for any reason.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Visitors are encouraged to review these sections regularly for updates.

Article 16. Payment Information:

We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED. All payment details and personally identifiable information are securely handled and not shared with third parties.

Article 17. Refunds and Exchanges:

No refunds or exchanges are offered due to personal circumstances. Refunds and exchanges are only permitted in the event of show cancellation or rescheduling or force majeure reason.
